Hay, Wittenburg, Davis, Caldwell & Bale, LLP, was established in 1983 and continues its legal practice in downtown San Angelo in an historic building designed by the well known architect Oscar Ruffini. The five attorneys comprising the firm are all partners, have practiced together since 1987 and collectively have over 150 years of practice. Each attorney has deep roots in West Texas and all are natives of Texas. Each attorney brings unique knowledge, experience,expertise, and dedication to the firm. The firm offers a wide range of legal services to the Concho Valley and West Central Texas.
